Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) "NuAmericas" was conceived by former US
President Ronald Reagan, he and subsequent presidents never address the social issues of bring such a large
group of diverse people together, instead they focused strictly on economic.
Thereby, creating an urgent mission for future generations.
In old America people are still pre-occupied with race, which is a ticking time bomb that rest just below the surface, especially in the United States. If not confronted now it could exploded and wreak future dreams of a color blind society. CHIP believes our children are best suited to show the way on the issue of race in The Americas.
CHIP was
established for Amegroid Children and others who need help with their racial and
ethnic identities. Members include children under fourteen, who need a place to
discuss racial, ethnic and cultural issues with peer groups and parents. Only
children with their parents permission may join a CHIP Chapter or Branch.
